Behaviorist & Founder of Child Insight
Stephanie Powell, MSW, has dedicated her career to helping children and families thrive. With experience as a social worker, foster parent, and educator, she combines professional expertise with hands-on insight. Certified as a Child Behavior Specialist, Stephanie specializes in trauma- and attachment-informed care and works alongside parents to build confidence, consistency, and compassion in their parenting journey.

Child Insight was created to give parents practical, guilt-free strategies for navigating everyday challenges—from big emotions and sibling conflicts to school stress, ADHD, and life transitions. Their approach honors each family’s unique style, providing tools that fit naturally into daily routines.
